EPOA stands for Evergreen Property Owners Association. We are a voluntary-participation organization that exists to help maintain the spirit of community and cooperation in our neighborhood. Your annual dues (currently $50) go toward funding several social events throughout the year as well as paying for an insurance policy that helps protect the EPOA and ACC.
